Currently, rural Hampshire County, WV does not have curbside recycling pick-up or a central drop off point for recyclables such as metal and glass in the county.
For newspaper recycling, material may be dropped off on the 1st Saturday at Hampshire High School or the 3rd Saturday at Springfield Elementary School from 9 AM until Noon. These sites are bins from United Disposal Service.
At this time there are no recycling drop off bins at the Hampshire County Solid Waste drop off facility on Route 28 North of Romney.

The main site is Penn-Mar Recycling, a private company, at 975 Kelly Road in the Riverside Industrial Park. The outdoor bins are easily accessible there.
